Let's Make A Christmas Charcuterwreath (also known as a Charcuterie Wreath)

Christmas is only 5 sleeps away, 5 sleeps people! And that means you are no doubt in the thick of planning what you'll cook and eat. I've already shared my Christmas Day Menu with a fragrant, refreshing and delicate Lemon & Dill Confit Salmon taking centerstage. For our starters I will be making a Baked Brie Sourdough and a Summer Fruit Board, but this morning I got an idea. Last year I made a Lit Up Christmas Charcuterie, and this year I'm going to do the same but different. Enter - the Christmas Charcuterwreath! I have actually created a littleInstagram Video Reel to show you howI createdmy Christmas Charcuterwreath, so make sure you check it outhere! Read on to find out how you can make your own Charcuterwreath on Christmas Day. Hint: It's very easy!

Ingredients

  • Rosemary sprigs

  • Blue cheese

  • Biscuits

  • Honey

  • Salami

  • Olives

  • Bocconcini

  • Chocolate Coated Almonds

Other ingredients you can include: Nuts, fresh bread, dips, gingerbread men, christmas tree shortbread, mince pies, fruit, pate, edible flowers.

How To

I have actually created a little Instagram Video Reel to show you how I created my Christmas Charcuterwreath, so make sure you check it out here! Start by laying the rosemary sprigs down onto a chopping board and configure them into the shape of a wreath.

Start layering the big pieces onto the rosemary first, such as the salami, biscuits and blue cheese.

Place the bocconcini, olives and chocolate covered almonds in between the larger pieces on the wreath.

Et voila! A fun twist on the classic charcuterie that'll bring all the festive cheer.

Christmas, but make it charcuterwreath! If you're looking for an easy starer on Christmas Day that brings all the festive cheers, this charcuterie wreath is it! As you can see it's super easy to create and it certainly makes a statement on a tablescape. Happy holidays!
